They say laughter is the best medicine, but tickle torture will drive you crazy. Hmm...
This is a commission piece featuring a character I'd never heard of before. Youmu Konpaku is a character from the Touhou video game series. A swordswoman who is half mortal, half ghost. Her ghost half presents itself as a white wisp, and whatever one part experiences the other shall feel.
So if you were to lock up and tickle the ghost half mercilessly with automated feathers, poor Youmu would go crazy with giggles.

(You all know, it's easy to 'make' such a Jacket by Combining a good Piece with at the least Six Straps
There are some you can't escape even if you can dislocate both of your Shoulders oO >.<
But it's Fun anyway ^^ you only need a Person who can free you in a emergency Case
