How does your average (but greedy) joe capture a Sailor Senshi? Easy - be in the right place at the right time and capture her after she's worn out from fighting a monster.
Not sure what inspired this idea, but I liked idea of a normal human causing problems for the Senshi rather than the usual cast of villains.
